I experimented with grilling calamari. I marinated it in lemon juice and zest, olive oil, minced garlic, and white wine. It was delicious! If I were to do this again, I would use smaller calamari pieces, a hotter grill, and a shorter cook time.

    This squid looks great! I love your recipe. They look so juicy marinating in that bowl. How long did you marinate them? I wonder if changing the cook time would make them softer on the palate. With lemon, oil, garlic and white wine I bet they were fantastic!!
